Here’s how it works: after purchasing a flight session on our website, you’ll receive a boarding pass by email. This boarding pass includes all the instructions you need to book your preferred date and time using our online self-serve reservation tool. This approach allows you to choose a date that works best for you or your gift recipient—whether it’s next week, next month, or later—without committing to a specific time at the moment of purchase.

This flexible model is especially helpful if you’re offering a flight as a gift, as the boarding pass doesn’t include any names, dates, or prices. This way, your loved one has full freedom to select a session whenever they’re ready.

You’ll be welcomed by a flight instructor who will give you a 10-minute presentation of the flight simulator. At the end of the tour, you’ll choose your airports and take control of the flight. During the flight, you’ll be the captain and will learn all about piloting an aircraft.

For the best view and experience in our simulators, we recommend a minimum height of 1.10 meters (about 3 feet 7 inches). While height often makes a difference in how much you can see and reach the controls, it’s not a strict requirement. We welcome aspiring pilots of all ages and sizes, and we’ll do our best to make the experience enjoyable for everyone!

The AviaSim experience is open to everyone, with no prior knowledge needed before the flight. The flight instructor adapts his training to each individual depending on their level, and you’ll have as much fun as a real pilot!
